FindLaw provides a myriad of legal resources, including news, opinions and commentary, a legal dictionary, court decisions, case summaries, codes of statutes and regulations, and other helpful and up to date information.
Enforcement and Compliance History Online (ECHO) is a publicly available database on EPA’s website that contains inspection, compliance, and violation information for the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and hazardous waste laws for regulated facilities.
The Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) is a publicly available database on EPA’s website that contains information on toxic chemical releases at facilities. Search using facility identifying information found on ECHO or by using geographic information. Results provide pollution information in aggregate (i.e. total annual air releases), and broken out by pollutant. TRI data reflect annual emissions and do not indicate the frequency or duration of the emissions.
